What we do
We design and deliver a dedicated AI workspace for small and mid-sized businesses — putting knowledge, process, AI staff, automation and an owner dashboard into one working system, without the business having to build an AI team of its own.
Apex WorkOS
The most common SMB needs — departments, AI staff, knowledge base, business modules, automation, reminders, an owner dashboard — packaged into one configurable, standard workspace. You describe your business, the system generates it, you adjust and switch it on.
Custom AI delivery
We go deep into roles, SOPs, how information flows and where communication actually happens, to find AI use cases that are genuinely workable. Delivery covers a business diagnostic, knowledge base, workflow redesign, AI staff, automation, training and ongoing tuning.
Technical principles
We build on third-party APIs and cloud services, and we don't buy GPUs or other heavy, fixed hardware. That's a deliberate choice — spend goes into delivery and product, not into running a machine room.
Compliance and asset ownership
Data is isolated to the client's business and accessed on a least-privilege basis. Any specific use of customer data requires the client's explicit authorization, and delivery includes baseline PDPA compliance and security review.
Asset ownership
The codebase, domain, cloud account, keys, deployment docs and customer data are controlled by the client company's own accounts, with two admins and regular backups. If the team changes, it hands over cleanly — never locked to a personal account.
